Construction:

• Chassis: The enclosure is crafted from solid oak wood and plywood, giving the amplifier natural warmth, structural stability, and elegance. Brass details create a striking visual contrast with the wood texture, making the amplifier a distinctive interior design element.

  • Power Stage: Two 6C4C tubes, renowned for their musical character that reveals music with both softness and strength.
    The 6C4C is a directly heated triode (DHT) developed and manufactured during the Soviet era. It was designed as an analogue of the Western 2A3, one of the most iconic audio triodes ever made. These tubes were produced in the USSR from the mid-20th century (approximately from the 1950s) until the 1980s, mainly in factories in Moscow and other Soviet republics. Today, the 6C4C is highly valued by audiophiles worldwide as one of the classic tubes for building high-quality audio amplifiers (Comparison of Power Triodes AD1, Ed, and 6S4S). It is known for its warm, rich, and natural sound, making it a preferred choice for Single-Ended Class A amplifiers.

  • Driver: Two 6Ж8 tubes. The 6Ж8 vacuum tube was developed and manufactured in the Soviet Union primarily between the 1950s and 1970s. It was produced for military and industrial applications, meeting strict requirements for quality and long-term reliability. The 6Ж8 is a powerful small-signal pentode, originally intended for radio communications, measuring equipment, military electronics, and signal amplification circuits requiring high stability. In audio equipment, the 6Ж8 is most commonly used as a driver tube in power amplifiers, thanks to its unconventional character and relatively high permissible anode dissipation for its class.
