Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, Vitautas Skrinskas (personal code -10516, address - "Skujas," Alsungas pagasts, Kuldīgas novads, LV-3306, Latvia, phone number +371 29655237, email - [email protected]), hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Ordering, Delivery, and Payment Terms

The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the desired goods. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the online store's integrated payment tools or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures that the goods are handed over to the selected delivery service within two business days after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time and courier service with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from this Agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email), using the provided withdrawal form template.

Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the Seller will refund all received payments, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller was informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from this Agreement. The refund will be made using the same payment method indicated by the Buyer in the withdrawal form. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The goods must be sent or personally delivered to the Seller at the following address: Vitautas Skrinskas, "Skujas," Alsungas pagasts, Kuldīgas novads, LV-3306, Latvia. The Buyer bears all costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller.

The Buyer Cannot Exercise the Right of Withdrawal If:

  • The ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are perishable or quickly consumable;
  • The ordered goods are custom-made specifically for the Buyer;
  • The Buyer has opened  of audio or video recordings, documents, or the packaging of computer software.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's withdrawal request or deduct compensation if the goods have been damaged due to careless handling or non-compliance with usage instructions, if the original packaging is missing, or if the packaging has been significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the provided data will be used to process the order and ensure delivery in accordance with legal requirements. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order via the provided email address.
